Here at RE/MAX Horizons Realty, our two main commission plans provide varying flexibility and competitive payout. Every Agent has the opportunity to earn a 95/5 commission split no matter what plan they choose.
We also provide an amazing staff to assist with your marketing, mls, follow ups etc.... So you can concentrate on selling real estate.
The 95/5 Agent is one who doesn't mind paying a monthly Desk Fee, as they have budgeted accordingly, and recognize the advantage of a high payout with a monthly fee. This agent is typically seasoned or will have a concrete Business Plan.
This is the commission plan that RE/MAX became famous for. On this plan you will receive the largest commission payouts for each closing.
You will have the freedom to build your business without all of the stress.
80/20 Split until they reach a $21,000 CAP. This plan comes with a desk in a shared office environment. This is a plan that is geared towards an agent that is motivated to reach their full potential in a much quicker time frame.
70/30 Split until they reach a $21,000 CAP. This plan is geared towards the agent that will need some tutelage or mentorship. This agent will have a desk with a roommate. Sometimes it is best to bring a buddy or you can be matched with a “like” personality.
60/40 Split until they reach a $21,000 CAP. This level is the starting split for the Agent grossing less than $25,000 and is just beginning of their journey to becoming a successful Agent.
